Connie Cousins-Baker is an Atlanta native who lives in Intown Atlanta.  She began her real estate career on the investment side and became a licensed Realtor in Georgia in 2003.  She has focused her business in the Intown neighborhoods of Atlanta and Decatur.

Connie completed a Bachelor's in Education at the University of Georgia, a Master of Social Work at Clark Atlanta University, and a Master of Public Health at Emory University.  For 20 years prior to real estate, Connie worked in social work and public health arenas, most recently as a supervisor in the Pediatrics Department of Emory University. 

While translating her service skills and great selling ability to real estate, she continues to serve on several community non-profit boards and find unique ways to provide support for such agencies.

Harry Marshall

Mr. Marshall, also a licensed Realtor, joined Margie’s Team in 2008 and was formerly General Partner of Armada Ventures, LLC from 2001.  Previously, Mr. Marshall was Chairman of the Board of Candescent Technologies Corporation from 1993-2000, serving also as President/CEO from 1994-1999.  Prior to Candescent Technologies Corporation, Mr. Marshall was a general partner in J.H. Whitney & Co., which he joined in 1983, to help establish the firm’s West Coast operations and the investment banking firm of Hambrecht & Quist for 5 years.  Prior to Hambrecht & Quist, Mr. Marshall had over 10 years of operating experience within the electronics industry and, after graduate school, worked with McKinsey & Company.  He received a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida (Highest Honors), and a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (Honors).  He also served in the United States Marine Corps.
